Ongoing Services

Using our detailed “Check-point” system, we continue working for you, throughout the year to correct reporting problems before they have time to escalate. Financial Statements should be reviewed and maintained for completeness, accuracy and integrity. Some of the areas covered as part of this service include:

Running diagnostic tests on QuickBooks data files
Analyzing subsidiary account balances
Analyzing transactions and general ledger postings
Analyzing bank reconciliations
Recommending changes to transaction classifications and or allocations
Analyzing and recommending changes to the Chart of Accounts or other areas for improved financial reporting and business management

This service is ideal for companies who handle their bookkeeping and accounting functions “in house” but who understand the value of having this information reviewed by our experienced staff. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial information provides business owners with the information needed to keep their businesses on track. This process also takes the mystery out of “tax time” since questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner throughout the year.

Monthly or Quarterly review services are available. The completion of monthly bank, credit card and other account reconciliations may be added to this service in order to provide small business owners with more complete internal controls.
